  This store is an unorganised disaster. We received two night tables via a delayed delivery despite assurance from the store that the delivery would take place within the specified window. One night table was used and the other was missing pieces and broken. The store botched the replacement delivery as well and again missed the time window they specified for delivery. Would not buy anything from this store again.

  Spent $2K on a Surface Pro. Obviously they don't get much commission from these Microsoft items because Peter became quite frustrated when I showed no interested in the HP. Then after I chose the Surface Pro to purchase, he literally had a tantrum after I didn't choose all the extra stuff he tried to upsell (extended warranty, antivirus, office, surge protection).

  Marcus at Harvey Norman Garden City gave us exceptional service when purchasing a new laptop and accessories recently. He knows his product, and we had a few laughs. As a famous person once said...."I'll be back"

  I was not being a difficult or unfriendly customer at all! I was only in the store for 30 mins as I went in there knowing what I wanted (albeit not totally decided on the Surface Pro or Surface Laptop)

  Took my Bocsh vacuum cleaner out to the store at Carindale on Saturday the lady in the vacuum department was brilliant gave great service and fixed it for me I live in Brisbane city and got home to find I had left the charger at the store rang the lady who served me and she actually went out of her way to drop it into Brisbane I think she deserves an accolade thank you to her

  Was treated like absolute garbage by an older salesman by the name of 'Peter'. I would've just walked out if it weren't for the friendly lady at the register who tried to excuse his behaviour. But I still wish I did.

  After having no luck gaining an update on my phone repair from the male service staff at Garden city Tech team (for two days straight), finally experienced excelled service from Tech staff member Kate. She has kept me updated on my phone repair progress throughout the day, without me needing to call. Can't give enough credit to her for excellent communication skills and professional manor.
